What are your office hours?
Someone will be happy to meet with you at our office by appointment only. Just text (507) 876-2021 and someone can get you a time to stop by.
Do you offer 24 hour access?
Yes we do. We believe it’s important customers have unlimited access to their personal belongings. To us, it only makes sense.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes! If you don’t need a storage unit, but you need a parking space to keep your truck, car, RV or boat, we have available spaces.
Are your units drive-up accessible?
Yes. Our units are perfect for anyone who wants to make their storage day much easier by pulling up to their units. Unload within a few steps.
Is Northside Mini-Storage a secure facility?
Yes. Our facility is surrounded with security cameras, so we’re always monitoring your unit 24/7. If you ever feel like coming to check up on your unit to make sure, having 24 hour access makes that easy.
What if I’m not sure about what unit size I need?
If you’re unsure about what unit size is best for you, give us a call and we can help you find the best size.
How do I get started?
When you have an idea of what you want to store, call us to schedule a facility tour and get set up with a unit. Let us know when you want to move in and get started.
